The committee just completed its school supplies for the Crisis Center project. Fifteen bags of school supplies were constructed, five each for elementary, middle school and high school students whose lives are disrupted. Each bag contains age appropriate school supplies like pens and pencils, notebooks, calculators, health and hygene supplies, and other items necessary for promoting a productive learning environment.
The committee is also working with the Area Agency on Aging HUGS project. HUGS stands for Hats, Underware, Gloves and Socks. Members are asked to bring new items to any of our meetings or luncheons or get them to Pat Ralph.
There will be a box at the luncheon for you donations.
